***IMPORTANT - When filling out the application form for membership, the address portion must be exactly as shown on your credit card statement for security reasons. Application by Mail Due to popular request, we are now offering the choice to apply for membership and send your payment in by mail. Please be sure that every portion is completely filled out as blank spaces may result in a delay in processing your membership. ***Important - if you are mailing a check, money order or draft, it must be in US funds and must be for a minimum of a 12-month membership.
